Born at Sarce on 1 September 1850, the youngest of the family. Her father was then forty-three and farming, her mother thirty-six, and her uncles Louis Tertrain, a stonecutter, and Alexis Tertrain, a farrier of Aubigne, witnessed the act. That act and Paul's together prove the two were full brother and sister. She married Theodore Sorin at Tours on 8 February 1869, aged eighteen and a lingere, living in the rue de l'Arbalete. She died at Saint-Pierre-des-Corps on 27 February 1905.
